To return an item simply follow the below instructions:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click "History and details of my orders" or "My orders"
3. Click on the order you wish to return
4. Tick the box next to the item(s) you wish to return, enter a reason for the return and click "Make a RMA slip"
5. Await our response. We will contact you by email to confirm your return and tell you what to do next. Do not ship the item(s) back to us until you have received a response.
